Ivanić-Grad, Croatia – Juraj Žlof and Damir Firšt recently presented AI School at the Ivanić-Grad Public Library, a key event in the Heroes project by CroAI (Croatian AI Association). Heroes aims to bring Croatia’s tech scene closer to primary and secondary school students by introducing them to success stories, inspiring figures, and the possibilities within the tech industry.

During the presentation, Juraj and Damir shared their own journeys into tech, explaining how they ventured into the field without engineering backgrounds and built successful startups and a venture studio driven by curiosity, hard work, and entrepreneurial spirit. They offered students a unique glimpse into the process of taking an idea from concept to sustainable business.

The session engaged about fifty students, sparking a lively Q&A where students eagerly asked questions about AI and learn more about the presenters and artificial intelligence itself.
